Garrett Debuts 1 Indy Project, Breaks Ground on a 2nd

The Garrett Cos. has expanded its multifamily portfolio in its hometown of Greenwood, Ind. with the completion of The Hangar, a three-building, 218-unit community located at 1140 Emerson Pointe Drive. The project’s first residential building finished construction in June and is looking to welcome tenants later this month.
The developer also served as the project’s general contractor and interior designer but tapped Humphreys & Partners Architects to join the project team.
