We are thrilled to share one of our student housing projects, The Green on Campus Drive.
It is the first student housing contiguous to Utah Valley University’s campus. The Green will consist of five buildings of single-occupancy rooms, a parking structure and unique amenities to the area. As a part of the joint venture between Woodbury Corporation and PEG Companies, the project includes a pedestrian tunnel to allow for direct walkable access to campus, which will significantly reduce traffic congestion around Utah Valley University.

Park Place Tampa is one of our newest student housing projects for residents attending the University of South Florida. This 294-unit project is moving right along with construction and just finished the parking garage 2.5 weeks ahead of schedule. Swipe to see a photo update.

We are thrilled to share wonderful news about the financing of one of our senior living projects, The Oaks. It is expected to be completed in 2023.
Of the development's 260 units, 27 of the units will be reserved for residents with income at or below 30% of the Area Median Income ("AMI"), 216 of the units will be reserved for residents with incomes at or below 60% of AMI, and the remaining 17 units will be offered at market rate.
We are extremely proud of this project's unique amenities and services including a health clinic on property, and we cannot wait for the positive impact this community will have in the Dallas area.
