Life At Humphreys

Breakfast with the President is back! A few team members across departments enjoyed an intimate breakfast where they had the chance to connect with our president, Greg Faulkner.

A few members of our sales team visited the Dallas office last month and enjoyed a team dinner with the marketing department to connect outside the office. They later enjoyed a swanky rooftop bar overlooking the Dallas skyline.

Our Uruguay office has a need for speed! They hit the race track once again last month and went to head-to-head for office bragging rights. Congrats to Gonzalo Acuna for taking home the gold!

The Houston office is in a plant competition with a simple objective - whoever can keep their office plant alive the longest wins. May the greenest thumb win! 

The Houston team along with their families enjoyed an evening out at the ballpark and watched the Astros take on the Baltimore Orioles. 

A few leaders from our marketing and sales team had the opportunity to attend Dreamforce, a three-day conference hosted by Salesforce filled with learning, expert-led training sessions, and certificate exams.

Our Costa Mesa team hosted their annual team cookout and enjoyed a  gorgeous, sunny afternoon overlooking North Star Beach.

A few members from the Dallas IT department visited the Houston office to upgrade their operating system last month. To properly welcome the team, the Houston office took them out on the town and enjoyed a team dinner at Toasted Coconut.

The Dallas office wrapped up summer with a team barbecue where they enjoyed catered lunch from a local Texas barbecue joint, played carnival-style games, and participated in a scavenger hunt for a chance to win Texas State Fair tickets.

Congratulations to the production team for winning twin day! The Dallas office Culture Committee hosted a summer series competition, Funky Fridays, where colleagues competed for best dressed in each category.

Celebrating last month’s birthdays, our Houston August babies were gathered in the breakroom and were recognized with a sweet treat and a traditional birthday serenade to properly celebrate their special day.

Our studio director and executive business developer had the opportunity to visit our first-ever E-Stak located in Austin, Texas. This 483-unit community will feature an ultra-efficient design that will maximize square footage while delivering a nimble yet versatile living experience. 

A few members of our design team attended the groundbreaking for the first multifamily structure for the Minnesota Hopkins Deal, an extensive master plan development including six types of multi-housing communities.
