We offer comprehensive health insurance coverage which includes medical, dental, and vision plans. Employees have access to wellness and fitness discounts along with a diverse array of life insurance options at no cost to the employee.

Life At Humphreys

All bundled up and ready to run, our HPA Dallas Team participated in the Form Fitness 5K run in downtown Dallas benefiting the American Institute of Architects and the Architecture and Design Foundation. 

Our Humphreys team in Scottsdale enjoyed a fun day at that lake and cheered on team members who participated in the annual Aloha Outrigger Canoe Challenge. 

Welcome Back to the office happy hour hosted at the HPA headquarters in Dallas, Texas where coworkers could reconnect and catch up from a long year apart. 

Our New Orleans team enjoyed a team dinner to reconnect outside of work. We strongly encourage all of our teams to spend quality time outside of the office on a regular basis to connect beyond work.

Our HPA Design Group, HPAD, volunteered at the Orange County Community food pantry and paid it forward by assisting with meal prep, sorting produce, and stocking shelves for those in need.

As a company, we raised a combined $22,000 for the Hurricane Ida Relief Fund which goes directly to our employees stationed in New Orleans.  We are overwhelmed with the amount of love and support from our HPA family across the US.

To celebrate spooky season, employees in our Dallas office dressed up and competed in a department decorating contest. Team members enjoyed a catered lunch with festival games, prizes, and Halloween fun!

Our Dallas office celebrated Thanksgiving with a catered team lunch from Boston Market. Before digging in, each employee had the opportunity to share what they were most thankful for.

Employees in the Dallas office participated in a LEGO competition where each team had a limit of 20 minutes to put together a LEGO building kit. The best builds won amazon gift cards!
