Atticus Real Estate Established
Atticus Real Estate Services is initiated with a small, yet significant project in Vail, Colorado.
1998
HPA Design Group Established
HPA Design Group is established with the purpose of creating innovative interior designs.
The Big House® Trademarked
The Big House® design features direct access garages, enclosed private stairs for upper units, walk out patios and balconies, and boasts 100% efficiency.
First Regional Office Opens In Orlando
Regional offices were originally set up as separate studios, which was sparked by our founder’s entrepreneurial spirit. The first regional office opened in Orlando, Florida. Today we have 8 regional offices worldwide.
2001
First Multifamily Award Recieved
The Hamptons at Tampa Balms in Tampa, Florida receives five multifamily awards throughout the industry.
2002
Home Rise® Trademarked
Humphrey’s Home Rise® signature product eliminates typical hi-rise long corridors and offers a floor plan with smaller & separate elevator lobbies which frees up the core of the building in turn leading to improved efficiency.
2005
HPA Heads West
Humphreys & Partners opens the doors to its first California office.
2006
5339 Alpha Road
Due to significant growth & success, The Humphreys’ headquarters moves to a larger space on Alpha Road in Dallas Texas.
During Aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Humphreys opens NOLA office
After the devastating effects of Hurricane Katrina, Humphreys & Partners hires one of New Orleans displaced victims to help open an office.
2007
E-Urban® Trademarked
The E-Urban® offers up to 86% efficiency in rentable/sellable area comparable to other typical corridor building which average around 68%. Nearly 100 E-Urban® projects have been built to date.
2009
HPLA Established
HPLA is established to provide clients with a seamless transition in creative design between the interior and exterior of projects.
E-Senior® Trademarked
The E-Senior product line averages 34 units per acre and 85% efficiency. Comprised of the total 104 units are 62 independent, 32 assisted, and 10 memory impaired.
2010
HP Civil Established
Founded with the goal of providing Humphreys & Partners’ clients with a more streamlined service experience. Today, HP Civil offers experience and proficiency in the Multi-Family, Single Family Subdivisions, Senior Living, Retail, Commercial, Office, industrial and Healthcare industries.
2011
Humphreys Goes International
Humphreys & Partners Architects opens its first international office in Montevideo, Uruguay. The international trend continues with studio-style offices in Vietnam, Canada, London, Dubai, and India.
2012
HPA Purchases First Private Aircraft
Piaggio 183 is purchased to promote fast-paced business development.
2013
HP Urban Established
HP Urban was established in 2013 as an extension of Humphreys & Partners to accommodate the growing demand for excellence in regards to design of high-rise architectural projects. This sector works in tandem with the Vietnam office to provide service & design 24-hours a day.
2014
HPA Expands National Reach
Humphreys & Partners expands its’ national reach into additional major metropolitan cities by opening offices in Chicago and New York.
2016
25th Year Anniversary
Humphreys & Partners Architects, L.P. celebrates 25 years of operation.

Humphreys & Partners Architects celebrates a team of 300 employees – a team of double the size in just over 4 years since it hired its’ 150th employee in 2012.

The Pointe Grand Opening
Humphreys & Partners Architects, HP Design Group, and Atticus Real Estate team up to deliver The Pointe On 30A luxury condominiums located in Panama City, Florida.

HPA Opens Houston Office
Humphreys & Partners expands local reach and celebrates continued growth by opening a Houston office to better serve clients and help rebuild after recent flooding brought to the area by Hurricane Harvey.

Mark Humphreys’ Legacy
Humphreys & Partners’ founder and CEO passes away at 67. Since opening our doors in 1991, Mark was instrumental in our company’s success and leaves behind a visionary architectural legacy and a monumental loss in the industry. He will be deeply missed and will never be forgotten.
