New apartment community is coming north of White Rock Lake

February 12, 2016

A Connecticut-based developer has started construction on a $51 million apartment community located north of Dallas’ White Rock Lake.

The project is located next to a DART commuter rail station.

“We’re incredibly excited about our new venture in the Dallas market,” said Kristin Miller, President of The Richman Group.

Richman Group is one of the country’s largest apartment builders.

The company is building apartments in Florida, California, Texas, Colorado and the Northeast.
