Dallas-Fort Worth apartment rents will rise over next two years, research firm says

Low mortgage rates and bargain prices have cut homeownership costs in most Dallas-Fort Worth
neighborhoods. But North Texas renters can expect to pay more during the next two years, according
to the latest forecast.
