Demand soars for One Light; can Two Light be far behind?

More than 1,000 people are looking to get a spot in One Light.
On Thursday, Nick Benjamin, executive director of the Kansas City Power & Light District, told the Kansas City Business Journal that more than 1,000 people are on the waiting list for the under-construction 25-story, $79 million apartment building at 13th and Walnut streets in Downtown. Benjamin said deposits have been placed on all but two of the 24 penthouse units. He declined to say who has reserved a spot in the penthouse. In total, One Light will offer 315 units…
