Construction starts on final phase of huge Lewisville apartment community

01/09/18

Developer Huffines Communities has broken ground on the fifth and final phase of its $300 million Hebron 121 Station apartment community in Lewisville.

The next $35.5 million phase of the project is near the intersection of Interstate 35E and State Highway 121.

Designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects, KWA Construction is building the project with 272 rental units.

The development includes 35 three-story buildings.

The Hebron 121 Station construction is scheduled to wrap up in September 2019.

Located on more than 90 acres, the community will have 1,700 apartments, making it one of the largest rental projects in North Texas.

The first phase opened in 2011 near Vista Ridge Mall and north of Sam Rayburn Tollway.
