Austin Developer brings Luxury Apartments to SeaWorld Area

07/08/22

IMPACT Developers, an Austin firm, is bringing a new development to San Antonio’s West Side.

The project, GreenGate Village, is modeled after Impact’s Leander developmentĀ Hermosa Village, which won first place in the National Association of Home Builders’ Best in American Living awards’ “Development up to three stories, for rent” category in 2021.

GreenGate Village will be a 318-unit luxury apartment complex at the corner of Loop 1604 and Reed Road predominantly consisting of buildings with 10-14 units each. Amenities will include garages and electric vehicle charging capabilities. There will also be two buildings housing around 50 units each and will also be designed to accommodate electric vehicle charging in its parking lots.

The farmhouse-style building was designed by Dallas’ Humphreys & Partners Architects.
