Let’s get to know McDaniel outside (and inside) the office and see what makes him a true icon of #HumphreysHeroes culture:
- What is your alma mater?
LSU (GEAUX TIGAHS in a gravely voice).
- Where did you grow up?
Birmingham, AL
- What are your hobbies outside of the office?
Recently, I’ve hung up the soccer cleats and basketball shoes and have embraced more golf rounds and tennis matches. I’m not ashamed to say that I’ve lost a step.
- What is your proudest accomplishment?
I am currently wrapping up my Masters in Real Estate Development through Auburn University. While working through the program, a select group of us were asked to participate in a national real estate competition against other students from across the country. Our team’s submission was selected for the finals and in December we took home first place!
- What is your favorite place you have ever traveled to?
My wife and I’s favorite place is Port St. Joe, FL, however, a bucket list would definitely be Augusta, GA.
- If you had a superpower, what would it be?
Flight – it could happen soon with Walter’s Uber Air projects!
- What is your favorite thing about working at HPA?
Colleagues, mentors, and supervisors at HPA will help you by going above and beyond the conventional ways if you work hard enough and have a will to learn new things.
