BRP Companies Debuts 172-Unit Rental Property At 10 Commerce Drive In New Rochelle

BRP Companies has completed and opened a new 172-unit rental building located at 10 Commerce Drive in New Rochelle. Known as Motif, the property contains a mix of 53 studios, 64 one-bedrooms, and 55 two-bedroom units. Amenity spaces include a fitness center, a resident lounge, and co-working space, a landscaped courtyard with barbecue grills, an arcade room, a dog wash station, and on-site parking for 157 vehicles.
BRP Companies partnered with Humphreys & Partners Architects to design the building, which features a mix of white, dark grey, and wood-colored exterior siding. The building also sets back above the second-floor for communal outdoor spaces.
