Ryan Companies New Multifamily Development
Ryan Companies US, Inc., a national commercial real estate solutions provider, recently broke ground on a 347-unit multifamily community in Leander, a northwest Austin suburb. Ryan has partnered with Cadence McShane Construction Company, Humphrey & Partners Architects, Brue Baukol Capital Partners, and First Horizon Bank to bring its first multifamily deal to the area.

Located off Ronald Regan Boulevard, Cadence McShane is building the new “Niles Drive” that will lead to the community. Nestled along Blockhouse Creek among picturesque heritage trees, the 488,000-square-foot development is situated on 20 acres among the existing Block House Creek with future parkland dedicated to the City of Leander designed to cover 20% of the site.
Blockhouse Creek Farm will include two-, three-, and four-story buildings with attached garages and a mixture of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Amenities will include a fitness center, swimming pool, clubhouse with a lounge and incredible views of the natural creek area.
