FaverGray building $51 million student housing in Lubbock, Texas

The FaverGray Co. has won a $51 million student housing project in Lubbock, Texas.
The Jacksonville Beach contractor is building the 1,204-bed, 296-unit 21Hundred at Overton Park for American Campus Communities, FaverGray said in a news release. The 518,000-square-foot project consists of 12 three-story apartment buildings, four three-story carriage house buildings, a two-story maintenance building, nine carports, a one-story clubhouse and two exterior pools.
FaverGray expects to complete construction in August 2017.
The architect is Humphreys & Partners Architects LP of Dallas.
