A Corpus Christi developer is teaming up with local investors to build an apartment community in Frisco. Griffon Capital Management of Corpus Christi plans to break ground this spring on the new rental project located adjacent to the Frisco Fresh Market near Main Street.
The five-story, 315-unit apartment project will cost more than $65 million, according to planning documents filed with the state. Dallas architect Humphreys & Partners Architects is designing the rental community which will open in 2025. The new apartments are part of a more than 30-acre mixed-use development that includes the popular farmers market facility. Almost 600 apartments were originally planned in the project.
