Located 6.7 miles west of downtown Orlando, West Vue will be the first multifamily housing development to join the MetroWest area, a 1,805-acre master-planned community, in more than a decade. The 555,603 square foot luxury community will inhabit over 12 acres with five buildings and a thoughtful amenities package.

The architect’s signature and ultra-efficient e-Urban® building design will be utilized to house the 442 luxury units. The five, four-story buildings will feature one- to three-bedroom floorplans. Community amenities will include 11,274-square-foot clubhouse with a cyber lounge, two resort-style swimming pools with cabanas, a fitness center, green courtyards, interconnected trails, a playground, and 300 covered parking spaces. Additionally, the buildings will have air-conditioned corridors and feature climate-controlled storage facilities.

The development is slated for completion in the summer of 2021, with the delivery of the first phase expected in the fall of 2020
