As the Senior Contract Administrator, Kim’s main responsibilities include contracts preparation and negotiation across the entire spectrum of documents required for HPA and their clients. Additionally, she works closely with all consultants required for our Projects including RFPs and contract preparation and review. What are your main responsibilities in your role?
Preparation and Negotiation of primary Owner/Architect Agreements, Consultant contracts and Project fee schedules
I also work closely with our General Counsel and the Legal Dept.

Where did you grow up?
Orlando, Florida
What are your hobbies outside of the office?
Yoga classes, walking my dog (Bubba), Cooking, Music and traveling to see my daughter and son-in-law in Lubbock or visiting my brothers and their families in Florida and Tennessee.
If you could travel anywhere, where would it be and why?
I would honestly love to take in more of the U.S. Maybe a road trip across Route 66.
Also, I’ve never been to the Grand Canyon. And of course, Alaska is on my bucket list.
What would be your last meal?
Shrimp, Cheese Grits, Collard Greens with vinegar, and some great cornbread. I’m a southern girl at heart. =)
What/who gives you the most joy in life and why?
My daughter Erin. She has become such an accomplished woman. She is a Texas Tech Grad and Personal Financial and Benefit planner for AIG. She married last June and I’m so excited to have a son-in-law now. Grateful every day that God brought her into my life.
What’s your favorite part about working at HPA?
I love the diversity of people I work with at HPA. After 12 years here, I have had the pleasure of working with employees from many departments in the company and across the country. I like to be helpful and informative and hopefully make all our jobs a little easier in the long run.
