As the #1-ranked multifamily architecture firm in North America, Humphreys & Partners relies on our incredible team from around the world to create innovative, one-of-a-kind communities. As Senior Contract Administrator, Kim Freeman is responsible for preparing the contract documents that go to our clients for all projects and facilitates the terms of contract documents with the clients and their attorneys. Currently Kim supports 10 business developers and works with every aspect of the company. Let’s get to know Kim outside (and inside) the office and see what makes her a true icon of #HumphreysHeroes culture:

  1. What is your alma mater?

I studied Business Management/Finance at Valencia College in Orlando, FL.

  1. Where did you grow up?

Born and raised in Orlando, a true Floridian at heart.

  1. Who inspires you and how do they inspire you?

My daughter. She’s a hard worker, everyday I see a lot of the things I instilled in her. I’m proud of her and who she is becoming.

  1. What are your hobbies outside of the office?

I love dogs! I volunteer at two different animal shelters, and just absolutely love to be around the dogs there. I’m also a huge music fan and will go listen to anything from jazz to rock. Since my daughter is at Texas Tech I also love all things Tech sports related.

  1. If you could travel anywhere where would it be?

Alaska. I would take a plane to travel to Alaska, although I prefer road trips. Living in Florida I got all the tropical vacations out of the way.

  1. What is the best book you have read?

I absolutely love anything written by John Grisham. I’m also a fan of Stephen and Tabitha King books. I would say I am a huge fan of Sci-Fi Horror books.

  1. What is your favorite part about working at HPA?

The people. I have been here for 8 years this month. I have always enjoyed the varieties of personalities, cultures and experiences. People here make me laugh everyday.

We hope you have enjoyed getting to know Kim, one of our world-class team members here at HPA! Stay tuned for more #HumphreysHeroes blog posts in the future. In the meantime, engage with us on FacebookTwitterLinkedIn and Instagram for all things HPA-related.
