As the Vice President of Marketing, Tanya Rauch oversees all of the marketing efforts for all of our brands, from communicating in traditional forms to HPA clients and leads, to generating and implementing innovative ideas to get new projects off the ground and profitable with Atticus. The goal of the marketing team is always to generate revenue. Let’s get to know Tanya outside (and inside) the office and see what makes her a true icon of #HumphreysHeroes culture:
- What is your alma mater?
I got my BA from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights! Charge on!) and I’m an incredibly proud alumna! I think it’s the greatest school ever – with such a wide range of excellent academic programs, to a robust student life.
- Where did you grow up?
I grew up just outside of Orlando, FL.
- What are your hobbies outside of the office?
I love doing anything active, especially in new and different places. I’m in the gym every day, but really love walking, running, bike riding, paddle boarding, you name it. I love to relax by laying on the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. If you haven’t been here, make this your very next vacation! And we have a beautiful resort, The Pointe, in the midst of it.
- If you could master one skill you don’t have right now, what would it be?
Oooh, I’d love to just be coordinated! Haha, seriously. I love being active, but I’m a total klutz.
- What has been your favorite part about working at Humphreys so far?
Hands down, my favorite thing about working at Humphreys is my team! They are total rockstars at what they do and so supportive of the new girl jumping in with both feet.
- What is your favorite place you have ever visited?
This is such a tough question because I LOVE to travel. I think my favorite place would be Hawaii. It’s the only place where the beaches amaze me as much as the ones I live by.
- Who inspires you and how do they inspire you?
My two sons, Robert and Ryan, inspire me. It’s easy to give up when things get hard, but I know they are watching me. They see me overcome fears, work hard, pave new ways for myself, and most importantly, be kind to others around me. I’m inspired knowing that I’m shaping the adults they will become.
