2023 Interface Student Housing Conference

Student Housing Business magazine, France Media, and the InterFace Conference Group will host the 15th annual InterFace Student Housing conference on April 3-5, 2023, at the JW Marriott in Austin, Texas. The conference will bring some of the industry’s leading owners, investors, developers, managers/operators, lenders, architects, contractors, service providers, and vendors into one space to connect and learn the latest in the multifamily student housing market.

Humphreys & Partners Architects’ (HPA) President, Greg Faulkner, will serve alongside a panel of guest speakers on Tuesday, April 4th from 10:10 AM- 11:05 AM in the 4th Floor Ballroom. The title of this session is Interest Rates, Debt Financing, Supply Chain, Construction Costs – What are Developers Doing to Circumvent These Challenges and Get Shovels in the Ground to Build New Product?
